Ranieri: "The Marchisio-Poulsen Duo Did Well"

He'd asked his lads to play thinking it was still 0-0. But Claudio Ranieri knew that the first leg's 4-0 win was ample guarantee in terms of qualifying and it was obvious tonight in Bratislava. After the two goals in the first half, Juventus and Artmedia settled for a draw that suited everyone.

These were the Juventus' Manager's comments after the game: "The first leg result made itself felt and that's one reason the game was played at a more sedate pace. After they scored, we showed that we didn't want to lose; we played our game and earned a draw. I'm pleased with Marchisio and Poulsen's performance in the middle of the pitch. We've qualified now, let's focus on Fiorentina".
