Two Days To Go Before Juventus-Palermo Clash
The Juventus vs. Palermo fixture is getting nearer. On Sunday afternoon, in the match at the Olimpico against the Sicilian side, which includes several former Juve players (Balzaretti, Miccoli, Lanzafame, Nocerino and Cassani), the Bianconeri will finally put an end to a hectic cycle of seven games in a row begun in mid-September.
From one international break to another. Indeed after this weekend's games, Serie A takes a breather to leave space for the 2010 South Africa World Cup qualifiers; several Bianconeri will be involved in these.
But first we must focus on this last hurdle. The game against Palermo comes after two consecutive draws in the League (three if you count Tuesday's one with Bate Borisov), so the players are eager to get a win again. Trezeguet, Zanetti, Zebina and Legrottaglie are the players sure to miss the game, whereas Chiellini and Iaquinta have trained this morning, so there is a chance they could make the team.
The final decision will come tomorrow, on the eve of the match, during the press conference that Claudio Ranieri will hold after the last training session, starting at 12.30 pm and shown live on Juventus Channel.
