Alessandro Del Piero wants to dispel Santiago Bernabeu's taboo, a very difficult stadium to be beaten for Juventus players, who did not succeeded during their last three appearances there. This time the captain has got a recipe:
"We need concentration and humility. We get there aware of our newly found possibilities, like Ranieri says. We know we face a very strong team, but we will do it with humility. We must not think about merengues' blazon, about the marvelous support they will have on their side, we must be totally concentrated".
Main character of the first match with a wonderful goal, Del Piero received also compliments from Casillas, the opponent goalkeeper :
"I was very happy about that as they come from a great player". And talking about great players, he cannot forget to give his support to Raul, criticized because is not scoring from quite a long time:
"He cannot always score twice a game like he used to – Alex says smiling – but as far as I know he is one among Champions' top scorers and he scored also during the passed championship. He is a great champion, strong and dangerous in scoring phase as well as for his moves in attacking"
