The day after the match against Zenit, everybody with the exception of the injured Buffon, Poulsen, Knezevic, Tiago and Zebina (who is recovering from his operation) all the others warmed-up from the cold in Russia.
Three primavera players, namely Rossi, Castiglia and Esposito joined Manninger, Mellberg, Legrottaglie, Marchisio, Giovinco, De Ceglie, Amauri, Grygera and Molinaro. A brief unwinding session, consisting of a few laps of running followed by as session of stretching in the gym with Del Piero, Nedved, Camoranesi, Chiellini, Marchionni, Iaquinta and Sissoko.
On the Vinovo field in the meantime Trezeguet and Salihmaidzic wer involved in a separate training session consisting of light jogging and stretching together with Ekdal and Zanetti.
The first took part in a technical and tactical session with the primavera, while the second, nearing complete recovery, was part of the differentiated session before taking part in the mini-match with the primavera under the keen eyes of Ranieri.
