Impressive Primavera Beat Grosseto 6-0
The Juventus Primavera team ended the home matches for 2008 with a white wash at the expense of Grosseto, strengthening its position at the top of the table, in front of Sampdoria whose match against Modena was postponed due to the field’s adverse conditions.
The bianconeri beat the team from Tuscany by 6-0. Yago who scored a hat-trick was simply unstoppable, however it was Ciro Immobile who opened the score in the 7th minute with a great diagonal shot from the right.
In the middle of the first half, Yago fired a poisonous shot just after having entered the area to make the score 2-0. The first half came to an end with this score but during the second half Juventus added to the score.
Yago scored the third goal, then it was the turn of Curcio who came on for Immobile who scored twice with the Spanish player bringing the score to a final 6-0 following great play by Fausto Rossi.
Another convincing victory by Maddaloni’s boys who were missing two important players namely Ariaudo, called-up to the first squad by Ranieri and Esposito suspended for two game days following the send-off during the match against Pisa.
The first match which Esposito was forced to miss was the one against Grosseto while he will also miss the last match for this year on Sunday against Siena.
