Morning training session for Juventus today, with the bianconeri working on the pitch beside the changing rooms. Warm-up, juggling, one on one exercises and a mini-match completed the morning’s menu of which Claudio Marchisio and Pavel Nedved were not part.
The young midfielder had a slight fever and did not train but should be back with the group tomorrow. The Czech rested due to a problem with the tendon insert of the left femoral biceps.
David Trezeguet underwent physiotherapy and was down on the field in a separate session based on running.
The training session also saw the participation of Mario Kiriev a Bulgarian goalkeeper born in 1989 and an Under 21 international who is currently on trial.
