Bright Morning At Vinovo
After a week of ups and downs Vinovo can smile again. The team immediately got back to work a few hours after the success after penalties against Napoli. The passage through to the semi-final of the Coppa Italia brought joy and smiles to the whole environment.
The day after the success, Alexander Manninger, one of the heores of the evening spoke of the match on Juventus Channel. Author of a great save on Lavezzi’s penalty, the Austrian goalkeeper gave himself another night to remember:
"We are all happy with the qualification to the next round of the Coppa Italia. After the match I felt really good. I was satisfied with the performance of all the defence. After the last few matches we were hoping not to concede goals and we managed. The whole team was united and played as Juventus".
Manninger and his team,-mates who took part in the “marathon” against Napoli took part in an unwinding program on the field and in the gym. Normal activity for the others, the two goalkeepers – Buffon and Chimenti -, Amauri, Camoranesi, Tiago and Ariaudo. Knezevic and Zebina also took part in the conclusion exercises and the mini-match. There was positive feedback even from Marchisio. De Ceglie who is still at the Fornaca clinic after the thoraic trauma was absent.
The atmosphere was relaxed. To further cheer up the place was the welcome visit by Max Pisu. The cabaret artist, well known Juventus supporter, was at the Juventus Center to work on afeature for “Quelli che il calcio…” which will be aired on Sunday.
