Trezeguet: "I Really Feel Like Rejoicing"
After having seen him back on the field a week ago during the “marathon” match in the Coppa Italia against Napoli, the Juventus supporters were able to listen to David Trezeguet’s voice. The French striker was the protagonist on the TV weekly Filo Diretto.
Off-air, Trezegol spoke with Juventus Channel commenting about his condition and that of the team on the eve of an important championship match day.
"I am well and I really feel like playing, scoring and rejoicing – he began -. In these last few days I have been working hard and I am happy to be back, ready to give my contribution".
It is a Trezeguet hungrier then ever for goals. A goal that, in official matches, has been absent, since the last day of last championship against Sampdoria. Sampdoria will in fact be the next opponent for the bianconeri on Sunday at the Olimpico:
"It is a difficult team to beat – says the Frenchman – and in the first round they created difficulties for us and made us lose two important points. They have a great player in Cassano who can make the difference. We will have to be clever and control the match to bring home a fundamental victory. I will then wait for the Milan derby to see whether there is the possibility of drawing closer to the top of the table. We must continue on this road and win all our matches".
It is a Trezeguet who is trying to return to top form for the appointment which for some time has been on his agenda: the Champions League match against Chelsea. The English team has just changed coach but this does not mean they are less strong:
"A great coach like Scolari was substituted by another great coach like Hiddink who has great experience. His arrival will charge up the environment. They will be two beautiful encounters to play and we want to be up to it".
