President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli, on behalf of the club, condemned the racist chants which left a bad mark on Saturday’s match:
"On behalf of Juventus and the majority of our supporters I would like to express my strong condemnation towards the racist chants against Inter player Mario Balotelli. There are no alibis or justifications for similar attitudes: football support can be heated but such episodes are unacceptable. We must try to encourage a sporting culture that has respect for the opponent at it’s centre and together fight racism".
