The Stadio Olimpico game in Turin was postponed after Parma supporter Matteo Bagnaresi was accidentally run over by a bus of Juve fans in a motorway service station on Sunday morning.
The game was called off as a sign of mourning and to avoid potential crowd trouble on the day.
It has now been confirmed that the match will be played on Wednesday April 16 with a 20.00 UK time kick-off.
The two clubs had agreed between themselves and with the Federation not to go ahead with the football at the weekend.
