Wednesday saw the last training session in the absence of the internationals. Giovinco and De Ceglie fresh from the Under 21 match arrived back in Vinovo were they underwent in an unwinding session.
Today’s training session also included a match against Maddaloni’s Primavera with Cristiano Zanetti part of the youths’ line-up. Poulsen also formed part of the team coached by Maddaloni however the Danish player, who is not yet fully recovered only played for half an hour.
Salihamidzic had a separate training session while Manninger underwent an intensive session under Pelizzaro. The Austrian goalkeeper did not take part in the match which was won by the senior squad with the final score of 3-2. Del Piero who played extremely well scored two of the goals.
