Juventus afternoon training session on the third day of camp in Pinzolo has been particularly demanding. After warming up, the group has been split in two teams who alternated on the two pitches at Pineta Sport Center.
On the main one the players, rigorously set up on 4-4-2, have been engaged in an exercise for ball circulation, useful to refine movements and mechanisms among the units, while on the second pitch they worked on the technique.
The group then reunited and moved on grass near the pitch, where they faced a tough series of run up hills, to strengthen muscles besides aerobic ability.
More than two hours of training, precious to put gas in the engine.
