Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that the agreement with Parma F.C. S.p.A. for the temporary disposal of the registration rights of the player Sebastian Giovinco has been reached. The contract envisages the payment by Parma F.C. of € 1 million in three years.
The agreement also includes the option right, to be exercised at the end of the 2010/2011 season, for the acquisition by Parma of the player sharing agreement (ex art.102 bis N.O.I.F.) at a price of € 3 million, to be paid in three years.
