On a day with a warmer temperature then that of the last few, the bianconeri took part in a session which lasted approximately two hours. After a warm-up, the technical staff spilt the group into two: one part worked with Zaccheroni on tactics, while the others worked on technique with deputy coach Agresti.
After this the team was busy with group work on changes of direction under the guidance of trainer Albarella.
The last part of the session consisted of a 25 minute 8-a-side mini-match with Diego as joker. On one side were Caceres, Candreva, Amauri, Grosso, Chiellini, Legrottaglie, Giovinco and Marrone while on the other side were Del Piero, Paolucci, De Ceglie, Sissoko, Grygera, Cannavaro, Zebina and Giandonato. The goal on one side was defended by Buffon and Manninger with Chimenti on the other side.
