To concede a goal in the last minute and see a victory fade away causes anger and one can take it against misfortune and destiny , but Gigi Del Neri is not the type to look for justifications and his analysis of the match against Lech Poznan is clear and direct:
"I never blame destiny but one thing is certain about tonight: anything can be said about Juve but not that the players didn’t give the maximum. We managed to come back from a 2 goal disadvantage, score a third and perhaps we paid for the will to score a fourth. It is a period in which things are not going well but the team showed the capability of recovering and a will to do well. We are obviously unhappy with the result,, we are sorry for our supporters but we are convinced that we made our people realize that we want to do well".
It is from the capability of Juventus to react that the team must start-off from: "We conceded a goal on the 93rd minute and unfortunately this can happen. We will have to be more careful and continue working but I think that our supporters saw that the team is wilful and could have registered a good victory. The team is holding on well during times of difficulty but sometimes you lose because of other situations and we must improve in this".
